Your privacy is tantamount. Information you provide on my website
will be
used only by Razmataz Designs, and only for the purpose you
intend. Your
information will not ever be rented, shared, sold or otherwise
dissemintated
in any form to anyone outside this company.
Payment Options
My website is SSL protected so your credit card information is totally
secure. This is my preferred payment option. I will also
accept cashier's
checks, personal checks and PayPal. If you wish to pay via a
method other
than credit card, you must email me to complete the purchase. I
always wait
for funds to clear my bank before shipping your purchase. This
means it
could take up to 10 business days after I receive your check for your
purchase to ship.
Shipping
Domestic Retail Purchases
I only ship to the address associated with the credit card with which
you
make your purchase.
First class USPS shipping is always free anywhere in the U.S.*
USPS Priority shipping is $4.50
USPS Express shipping is $12.00
Insurance is highly recommended but not required. If you do not
purchase
insurance, I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost,
pilfered
or damaged while in the custody of the United States Postal Service or
other
shipping partner. Insurance is billed at the exact posted rates
of the
designated carrier handling your package.
International Retail Purchases
Airmail Letter Post or comparable 1st Class service is always free to
Canada
and Mexico.*
Shipping charges to all other countries will be determined on a
case-by-case
basis. You may email me with the details of your purchase for a
quote.
I will ship internationally upon verification of identity and credit
card
validation. International purchases are considered on a
case-by-case basis,
and while I will not blindly discriminate against anyone, I reserve the
right to refuse to fulfill any order for any reason.
*If you choose to return a non-defective product for a refund during the
initial 30 days, you will be responsible for my actual shipping expense
as
well as return shipping costs.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders will be shipped via buyer's preferred method, and buyer
will pay actual shipping charges. Details will be discussed upon
Wholesale
Account approval.
Return Policy
Although I take care in providing quality handcrafted items, I cannot
control all variables all the time. To help ensure your total
satisfaction
with your Razzy Jewels, I offer the following liberal return policy.
In the event your purchase is defective, I will reimburse your shipping
costs to me, repair or replace the item free of charge, and pay to ship
the
item back to you. Claims for defective merchandise must be made
within the
first 30 days after purchase.
During the first 30 days after purchase
Returns are accepted for any reason and the full purchase price will be
refunded, less shipping expense. Although I do not charge for
shipping your
purchase to you, you will be responsible for my shipping cost should you
request refund on non-defective merchandise. If you wish to
exchange your
purchase, I will absorb my shipping expense, but cannot refund your
cost for
shipping the returned item.
Between 31 and 180 days after purchase
Between 31 and 180 days after purchase, returns are accepted for
exchange
only. No monetary refunds will be given after the initial 30-day
period.
If you require a repair between 31 and 180 days after your purchase
date,
you will be responsible for replacement cost of materials, but there
will be
no charge for labor. You will be responsible for shipping the
merchandise
to me, but I will pay shipping back to you.
More than 180 days after purchase
Returns are not accepted for any reason after 180 days have passed from
your
original purchase date. If you require a repair after 180
days, you will
pay a discounted labor rate of $15 per hour plus material costs.
I will
supply an estimate before beginning work.
EXCEPTION TO RETURN POLICY
In any instance, if your merchandise shows signs of abuse or other
unusual
wear and tear, I reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange
request, or amend my repair pricing as necessary.
Wholesale Terms
I offer wholesale pricing to brick-and-mortar stores with proof of valid
business operation. Please email me for details.
